§ 10-21. Operating without a franchise or license unlawful.

(a)

Operating without a license. Operating a business without a valid, current license required under this chapter, or operating a business after a license issued under this chapter has been revoked is unlawful.

(b)

Late payment. Each license tax provided for by this chapter, shall be increased five (5) percent for each month or fraction thereof during which such license tax remains unpaid after it becomes due and payable.
