§ 21-30. Hours of operation.

Off-street lots 8:00 a.m.—8:00 p.m.
It shall be prohibited, without depositing a coin or coins or other payment method as allowed by the multi-space parking meters or pay stations as required by this article, to park in a parking space alongside of, next to or in front of such parking meters in said parking meter zones between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. of each week day, Monday through Saturday, inclusive, excepting Sundays and the following legal holidays: New Year's Day (January 1st of each year), Easter Monday, Independence Day (July 4th of each year), Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day (December 25th of each year), and all other town observed holidays.
