§ 2-71. Disclosure of contributors.

(a)

Except as provided in subsection (b) of this section all candidates for municipal elections in the town, regardless of the amount they spend, shall file reports listing the names of all contributors and the amounts contributed by each.

(b)

Names of contributors of amounts thirty-seven dollars ($37.00) or less are exempt from the requirements of this section.

(c)

Reports required by this section shall be filed in accordance with N.C.G.S. part 2, article 22A of Chapter 163.
