§ 4-7. Abandonment of animals; reporting same.

(a)

It shall be unlawful for any person to abandon, drop off or leave any animal to fend for itself or to become a nuisance or danger to the public or to other animals.

(b)

Citizens should report to the animal control officer or to a law enforcement officer all abandonments as previously described.
