§ 1. Orange County election registration books relating to county precincts within the town to be made available to Chapel Hill town clerk.

The Board of Elections for Orange County shall make available to the Clerk of the Town of Chapel Hill its registration books for the county precincts lying within or partly within the corporate limits of the Town of Chapel Hill and during the time for registration and election for each municipal election in the said town.
