§ 21-35. Loading and unloading of delivery vehicles.

Within the parking meter zones defined in section 21-29 hereof, spaces are provided for loading zones, bus stops (see section 21-28) and other places in which no parking or limited parking is permitted. During the loading and unloading of delivery vehicles in the parking meter zones, the operators of such delivery vehicles shall be permitted to complete loading and unloading without being required to deposit coins or pay as hereinabove provided.

Monday-Saturday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., 30-minute time limit:

(a)

The space along the western curb of North Columbia Street described as follows: Beginning at a point one hundred five (105) feet north of the northern curbline of Franklin Street and ending one hundred thirty-six (136) feet north of said curbline.

(b)

The space along the curb on the north side of West Franklin Street described as follows: Beginning at the eastern curbline of West Franklin Street and North Graham Street to a point approximately sixty-two (62) feet east of said corner.

(c)

The space along the north side of West Franklin Street from a point two hundred seventy five (275) feet west of western curb line of Church Street to a point three hundred fifty (350) feet west of western curb line of Church Street.

(d)

The space along the curb on the south side of East Franklin Street, beginning at a point approximately two hundred seventy-five (275) feet east of the east curbline of South Columbia Street to a point three hundred fifty-five (355) feet east of said curbline.

(e)

The space along the curb on the east side of Henderson Street described as follows: Beginning at a point at the curbline of the intersection of East Franklin Street and Henderson Street and extending one hundred eight (108) feet to the north of said curbline.

(f)

The space along the curb on the north side of East Franklin Street beginning at a point four hundred fifty-seven (457) feet east of the east curbline of South Columbia Street to a point five hundred ten (510) feet east of said curbline.

(g)

Space along the curb on the north side of West Franklin Street, one hundred forty (140) feet to one hundred eighty-four (184) feet west of the western curbline of Mallette Street.

(h)

The space on the north side of West Rosemary Street from a point one hundred forty-eight (148) feet west of the western curbline of North Columbia Street to a point one hundred eighty-eight (188) feet west of said curbline.

(i)

The space along the eastern curbline of South Columbia Street from a point one hundred forty (140) feet north of the northern curbline of Cameron Avenue to a point two hundred twenty-five (225) feet north of said northern curbline shall be reserved.

(j)

The space along the curb on the south side of West Rosemary Street from a point two hundred sixty-five (265) feet east of the eastern curbline of North Roberson Street to a point three hundred fifty-eight (358) feet east of said curbline.

(k)

The space along the western curb of North Columbia Street described as follows:

Beginning at a point one hundred sixty-five (165) feet north of the northern curbline of West Franklin Street and ending two hundred five (205) feet north of said curbline.

(l)

The space along the west side of North Graham Street from a point one hundred eighty-seven (187) feet south of southern curb line of Rosemary Street to a point two hundred seventeen (217) feet south of southern curb line of West Rosemary Street.

(m)

Space along the curb on the north side of West Franklin Street, three hundred sixty (360) feet to one hundred eighty-four (184) feet west of the western curbline of Kenan Street.

Monday—Saturday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., 20-minute time limit:

(a)

Space along the curb on the south side of West Franklin Street, one hundred ten (110) feet to one hundred ninety (190) feet west of the western curbline of Kenan Street.

Monday—Saturday, all day, 30-minute time limit:

(a)

The space along the west side of North Graham Street from a point one hundred eighty-seven (187) feet north of northern curb line of West Franklin Street to a point two hundred seventeen (217) feet north of northern curb line of West Franklin Street.

(b)

The space along the curb on the south side of East Rosemary Street described as:

Beginning at a point three hundred seventy (370) feet east of the east curbline of North Columbia Street at its intersection with Rosemary Street, continuing to a point four hundred twenty-two (422) feet east of said intersections, with no parking allowed at any time except for loading and unloading.
